A comparative market analysis is an examination of the prices at which similar properties in the same area recently sold. We will use this information to determine the price to list your property.  Pricing real estate properly is key to achieving timely reliable offers on your property.  Listing too high can cause buyers to avoid looking at it even after you drop the price to market value for lack of offers.  Listing too low takes money out of your pocket and entices lower offers than the already discounted price.

90% of buyers start their property search on the Internet by viewing pictures of the property. For this reason, Moore Real Estate Group will pay a professional real estate photographer to capture the highlights of your property.

With your permission Moore Real Estate Group will list your property on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), a member only database of listings which REALTORS pay to use to find properties for their clients. Your listing will be show cased on our website, as well as our social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.  We will get the word out using all available marketing avenues including Zillow, Trulia, and Lands of Texas (land listings).  We will provide a yard sign as well as a key box for showings.

Centralized Showing Service enables agents to have access to your property in a safe and worry-free way. Appointments are made for your pre-approved times.  You will receive a notice via the service when an appointment has been scheduled and you may either accept or reject the showing appointment at your discretion.  The more your house is shown the more chances to receive an offer, CSS makes this easy and possible.

We understand that it is a big decision to sell your home and you will probably be anxious start the next journey, so, we will contact you weekly with a scheduled-up date on your listing either via email or phone.  Hopefully it will be with an offer, but some properties take longer to find the right buyer and we want to keep you updated until we have sold the property.

Almost everything on a contract is negotiable. We will go over every aspect of the contract and addenda in detail with you to ensure all your questions are answered.  We will also negotiate aspects of the contract to best fit your needs and ensure satisfaction.
